Seller: Becoming Solo LLC (doing business as ToShareAMeal). Buyer: the account holder named below.
What you are buying§ 394-c(1)
A one-time Traveler Pass for $4.99 USD giving access for 30 calendar days from confirmed activation. It does not renew automatically and you will not be charged again. Covered services are social referral (matching) services: Trip-aware discovery of meals and people for your travel dates; Create and join visitor-friendly tables; Meet locals and other travelers through social suggestions and travel-focused matching and filters; Mutual personality-type reveal, under the existing eligibility rules; Any upgrade credit the existing rules allow (Circle+ is not currently open for new members). ToShareAMeal does not guarantee any number of matches, referrals, meetings, seats or tables. Everything in the Free plan stays free; the Traveler Pass is never required to use it.
Price and length limits§ 394-c(2)
Total cash price is $4.99, well under the $1,000 limit, and the term is 30 calendar days, well under the two-year limit.
No required add-ons§ 394-c(2-a)
You are not required to buy any other good or service as a condition of this contract.
Referral-count rule§ 394-c(3), (4)
The monthly referral-count and two-month refund rules apply to contracts costing more than $25. This contract costs $4.99, so they are not triggered. If any bundle or later purchase made under this contract would bring the total above $25, that sale is blocked until a compliant referral-count and cancellation-fee term is added. Cancellation fee method if ever triggered: the greater of 15% of the cash price or a pro rata amount for referrals furnished.
Your personal information§ 394-c(5)
We will not sell, assign or otherwise transfer to any person, for business or any other purpose, information or material of a personal or private nature we get from you directly or indirectly — including answers to tests and questionnaires (such as Meal DNA), photographs or background information — without your prior written consent.
When the contract ends§ 394-c(6)
When the contract or our services end for any reason, we will promptly return your personal or private information by certified mail or destroy and delete it from electronic storage, and promptly certify the destruction or deletion to you, unless federal, state or local law or a court order requires us to keep it.
Cancellation & refunds (draft)
Your right to cancel§ 394-c(7)
You may cancel this contract without any fee within three business days after the date you physically or electronically receive a copy of this written contract. Send the attached Notice of Cancellation by certified or registered United States mail to the address, or by email to the email address, shown in this contract. Any payment will be returned within ten business days after we receive your notice.
Stopping early (voluntary discontinuation)
DRAFT — OWNER INPUT, NOT BINDING. The Traveler Pass is a one-time purchase and never renews, so there is nothing to turn off. If, after the three-business-day cancellation period above, you simply choose to stop using the pass, your access continues until the original end date (30 calendar days after activation), unless you separately ask us to close your account or a safety restriction applies. We do not give a prorated refund for unused days just because you stop using the pass. This does not limit your right to cancel within three business days, any refund owed under § 394-c, a refund for service we did not provide, billing errors or duplicate charges, any other refund required by law, a written membership hold, or your rights with your card issuer or payment provider.
Putting your membership on hold§ 394-c(5-a)
You may put your membership on hold for up to one year by telling us in writing. We may agree with you to a longer hold of up to two years. While on hold, your remaining Traveler Pass days are paused and resume when the hold ends. There is no fee.
If you move away§ 394-c(8-a)
DRAFT — OWNER DECISION PENDING, NOT BINDING. The owner prefers that ending a pass keeps access through the paid-through date without a refund; whether that alone is fair and reasonable for someone who permanently moves outside our service area is still under review. Option under consideration (not adopted): if you move to live permanently outside our service area during your pass, tell us in writing and you may choose either a refund for the unused days or to keep the pass for use when visiting. No fee applies.

Service area and distance§ 394-c(8)
ToShareAMeal is generally available on a regional basis (currently New York City). Because it may be uncertain whether the regional-availability exception applies, you may set the maximum distance you are willing to travel to meet a referral; we will not furnish a referral where you or the other person lives farther than either person's chosen distance. (Distance preference storage is not yet built — sales stay blocked until it is.)
Your remedies§ 394-c(9)
If any provision of this contract is violated, you have the right to bring a court action. The New York Attorney General and, in New York City, the local consumer affairs office may also enforce § 394-c.
Other documents
Terms of Service (/terms), Privacy Policy (/privacy) and Safety guidance (/safety) also apply. If they conflict with this contract on any § 394-c right, this contract controls.
