Quick FAQ
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel monthly or yearly renewals anytime from Stripe’s customer portal (linked in your receipt email). You keep access until the end of your billing period.
How does the waitlist work?
If a meal is full, you can still “Join anyway” and you’ll be marked as Waitlist. If a spot opens, you can re-join and the system places you into Going automatically when capacity allows.
Is this a dating app?
No. ToShareAMeal is built for calm conversations over food in public restaurants. Group-first by default, no DM-first culture.
What does the Host Plan unlock?
Host Plan lets you create meals, set capacity, and manage RSVPs/waitlist — ideal for community builders, supper clubs, and networking meals.
Refunds?
Because access is immediate, refunds are generally not offered. If you ran into a billing issue or duplicate charge, contact Support and we’ll help.
